SuperATV wants you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase of your products and will do everything we can to take care of your needs. To return a product you MUST have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number before sending the item back. You can get this number by calling our office at 1.812.574.7777 or you can click here. The RGA number must be clearly printed on all sides of the box.

Damaged Products
We cannot accept damaged products after 30 days. Please inspect the quality of your product upon arrival. If the product is defective due to manufacturing you must first obtain an RGA #. We will then issue a ‘call tag’ to return the item at our expense. If the item is damaged during shipping, contact us for an RGA # and return the item. Refund will be issued upon inspection.

All Other Returns
You can return an item if you are not happy with the quality of workmanship of that item, if you need to exchange the item, or you purchased the wrong item. For a full exchange the item must be unused (no evidence of installation or missing hardware). If we cannot sell the item as new, a 10% restocking fell will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping on returned items. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
