Return Policy / Warranty
Super ATV wants you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase of your products and will do everything
we can to take care of your needs. Super ATV products are warranted to be free from material and
workmanship defects. To return a product you MUST have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number
before sending the item back. You can get this number HERE. An RGA# does not imply a
replacement or refund on an item.
YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR WARRANTY.
Read Before Operating
Our products are designed to best fit your ATV/UTV under stock conditions. Do not add,
modify or fabricate any factory or aftermarket parts. Our parts are designed to be run with
stock components and could interfere with other aftermarket accessories. If you have other
aftermarket parts, give us a call and we will verify they will work together.
By purchasing and installing our products, you agree that should damages occur, Super ATV will
NOT be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges.
Super ATV nor any 3rd party will be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from Super ATV.
Please inspect the quality of your product upon arrival. If the product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us immediately.
All Other Returns
You can return an item if you are not happy with the quality of workmanship of that item,
if you need to exchange the item, or you purchased the wrong item. For a full exchange the
item must be in unused (no evidence of missing hardware or installation) condition. If we
cannot sell the item as new, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for
all shipping on returned items. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you received
free shipping, you will not be credited back shipping charges that would have applied.
Free shipping applies only to end-users and the lower 48 states.
