Terms of Warranty
Super ATV Rhino Brand Axles are warrantied to the original
purchaser and come with a 1-year warranty on all parts excluding the boot.
If for any reason in the first 60 days of purchase should the axle break,
we will ship you a new, complete axle. Should something happen to the axle
after 60 days of original purchase, buyer will pay a flat fee of $50.00 to have
a new axle sent to them. Before we can send a new axle we must have proof of
purchase and proof of breakage.
How to make a warranty claim?
All warranties MUST have a RGA (returned goods authorization) number. We cannot ship a new axle until broken
axle has been inspected by a Super ATV employee.

| 2. Complete form to obtain RGA #. |
3. Provide proof of breakage. This should be done by returning the item to:

| 4. Customer pays to ship the axle to us and we pay to ship it back. |
| 5. We will ship a new axle within 24 hours of receiving broken axle. |
