What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV, and today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s sport accessory bar on the CFMOTO UForce 1000. So, let’s get right to it.
The first thing I’m going to do is grab the anchors from the hardware kit. I loosen the hardware on the anchors, making sure the small tabs are facing inside. I drop the anchors into the notches in the bed of the Uforce 1000, sliding them over and tightening them up so they bite the lip on the bottom of the bedside. It’s important to ensure the anchors are properly installed in the back hole, skipping the front corner, and installing one anchor in the front portion of the bed as well
Next, I lay the side of the sport accessory bar up and line it up with the holes in the anchors. I take the long M10 hardware and start it in each of the holes, making sure everything is aligned. I then repeat the process on the opposite side, ensuring both sides of the sport accessory bar are securely in place
Now, I grab the link ends and thread them into the tubes on the sport accessory bar. Using a 22 mm tool, I fully tighten the link ends, making sure they are secure. I do this for both sides to ensure stability and proper installation.
Next, I move on to the clamps, sliding them onto the sport accessory bar. I take the tube and use the clamp to connect the two. I make sure the clamps are snug to hold the tube securely in place. This step is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the sport accessory bar and ensuring it functions correctly.
Once you have everything installed, the last thing you’re going to do is go through and fully tighten all your hardware. Once you’ve done that, that’s all there is to it to install Super ATV’s sport accessory bar on the CFMOTO UForce 1000.
