What’s going on, guys? Are you looking to strengthen the frame on your Polaris RZR Trail 900? SuperATV’s got you covered with our Heavy-Duty Frame Stiffener and Gusset Kit.
It’s going to tie everything nice and tight. That way, you don’t have to worry about ripping your lower A-arm tabs off, and it’ll keep you going when you’re on the trail.
We’re gonna show you everything you need to do to install it.
[00:47] First, remove all the hardware from the lower A-arms. Remove the bolts and repeat the same steps on the opposite side.
We have the frame stiffener/gusset kit as well as the hardware laid out here. These bolts are a little bit longer than the factory ones. We’ll be replacing all the factory hardware with the provided hardware in the kit.
[01:44] Take the frame stiffener and line it up with the factory frame tabs. Install the frame stiffener. Then, install the hardware.
Give the bolts a little tap here. Sometimes when you add that frame stiffener, it makes them harder to go through.
Make sure the bolts are started so you don’t tear up the threads, and install all of the nylock nuts.
Fully tighten the hardware after you’ve installed them.
