[0:00] Introduction

Looking for a full windshield for your Polaris RZR Pro? SuperATV offers clear and light tint options designed for protection and visibility. In this video, Braden Adams walks you through how to install the light tint version on a RZR Pro.

[0:33] Meet Your Host and What You’ll Need

Braden Adams from “Grease the Wheels” welcomes you into the shop. He introduces the tools required and prepares to guide you through the installation of SuperATV’s full windshield on a Polaris RZR Pro. It’s an easy upgrade that enhances both protection and appearance.

[0:52] Assembling the Clamp and Bracket System

Start by identifying your left and right brackets, clamps, and four bolts (two M6 and two M8 without sealing washers). Match the clamp holes—large to large and small to small—with the bracket. Thread the M8 bolts into the clamps without tightening them yet. Lay them in the correct orientation on the windshield to confirm positioning.

[1:31] Installing the Bulb Seal and U-Channel Trim

After verifying fitment, remove the protective film from the windshield. Locate the bulb seal and ensure the bulb side faces toward the machine. Begin installation just below the top corner hole and run it across to the opposite side. Cut off the excess. For easier application, warm the seal or use an air hammer. Then apply the U-seal across the top edge of the windshield, again trimming any excess.

[2:58] Attaching Clamps to the Windshield

Use three M6 Allen bolts with sealing washers and one Nylock nut per side. Align the clamps with the mounting holes on the windshield. Insert hardware through the windshield and into the clamps. At the bottom hole, thread the bolt through the bracket and secure it with a Nylock nut. Leave hardware hand-tight for now.

[3:39] Prepping the Machine – Remove the Roof and Clean

To install the windshield, you’ll need to remove the roof. Use a T40 Torx to remove two screws at the rear and release the two front clips. Slide the roof backward and lift it off. Clean the front cage tubes thoroughly. Apply 3-inch sections of the included adhesive-backed gasket where the clamps will sit on the cage. Repeat for both sides.

[4:14] Mounting the Windshield to the RZR Pro

Lift the assembled windshield onto the machine. Use the remaining long M6 bolts and Nylock nuts to attach the windshield to the cage through the inner mounting holes. Secure the bracket covers over the mounting bolts, then install the final fasteners into the clamps.

[5:01] Final Steps

Double-check that all bolts are properly aligned. Fully tighten each fastener once the windshield is positioned correctly. Reinstall the roof by reversing the earlier removal steps—sliding it forward and reattaching both the rear screws and front clips.
