What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV, and today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s premium cabin enclosure on this Can-Am Maverick X3 Max. Before starting, note that the kit has already been installed on this machine. Some parts will already have foam and seals in place. We’ll guide you through the process. Let’s get right to it!
Install the upper strap mount by propping the roof up and dropping an Allen bolt through the front hole. Secure it with a nut on the inside. Ensure it aligned correctly and snug the hardware. Apply foam to various locations, such as the edge of the door and parts of the cage. Use Velcro fasteners along specific stretches of the cage. These materials help secure the enclosure and improve sealing.
Take the rear upper door and snap it into place on the rear section of the cage. Use threaded brackets and short Allen hardware to secure the door frame. Start the screws but do not fully tighten them yet to allow for adjustments.
Attach the strut pin by sliding it through the upper strut and securing it with plastic washers and a cotter pin. Make sure everything is aligned and fully tighten the hardware.
Remove the factory T30 Torx bolt, then install the strut bracket with the provided hardware. Slide the strut through the bracket and secure it with a nut. Ensure the door latch is functioning correctly. Feed the enclosure straps through the rear of the enclosure and secure them inside the machine. This helps hold the enclosure in place.
Slide the clamps onto the cage between the factory holes. Adjust as needed, then attach the threaded brackets behind the door skin. Position the upper door by angling it and sliding it into place.
[4:41] Use the provided hardware to secure the upper mount to the clamp. Drop the pin through, add plastic washers on both sides, and secure with a cotter pin. Ensure all hardware is tightened.
Double-check that all hardware is fully tightened. Repeat the same steps for the opposite side. Reinstall any components previously removed.
