Hey guys, Braden here with Super ATV. Today, we’re going to show you how to install Super ATV’s soft cab enclosure roof on this Polaris RZR Trail S. Let’s get right to it! There are multiple ways to install this soft cab enclosure roof, depending on which windshield you’re using. Today, I’ll demonstrate how to use the bracket included with the kit, bolted to the roof of the machine on the cage.

Hook and Loop Fastener Installation [1:30]

To start, take the hook and loop fastener from the kit and remove the backing. Line the fastener up right on the edge of the slotted hole on the bracket and run it all the way down to the opposite side. Cut off any excess fastener at the edge of the bracket. Trim the fastener neatly along the bracket’s side using scissors or a razor blade for a clean finish.

Bracket Installation [3:39]

Next, with the hook and loop facing down and towards the machine, position the bracket on the roof. Drop the hardware through the bracket, install the spacer between the bracket and the cage, and start the nut on the backside. Align and fully tighten the hardware for the bracket. Apply the hook and loop fastener from the front to the back of the cage, across the rear-most tube, and down the opposite side.

Laying the Roof and Installing Trim Lock [4:46]

Lay the roof on top of the machine. On the front section of the roof, align the piece of trim lock with the bracket and slip it on all the way across. Ensure the trim lock is fully secured by flipping it back out of the way and pressing it down. Attach the piece of hook and loop hanging down from the trim lock to the bracket.

Securing the Roof [6:06]

Open the hook and loop straps on the sides of the roof and flip the roof back. Tack the roof in place on one side. Open the straps and slide them down on both sides, pulling them as tight as possible. Secure the straps tightly to ensure the roof sits nice and tight.

Final Adjustments [8:30]

After adjusting the roof to fit snugly, you’re good to go. One awesome feature of this soft cab enclosure roof is that it already has the hook and loop built in. If you have a soft cab, it will attach right here, and the flap will enclose the seam, sealing the cab nicely. This product pairs well with a full glass windshield or a full soft cab enclosure. The installation is quick and easy, taking just a few minutes. Once you have everything adjusted, that’s all there is to it. Be sure to check the description below to pick yours up today.
