What’s up guys Braden here with Super ATV and today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s rear windshield on this Polaris RZR XP so let’s get right to it.
The first thing we’re going to do is go ahead and remove all the contents of our packaging. We’re going to lay it up on our machine to make sure the windshield fits correctly. Once you’ve done that, remove the protective film from all four of your pieces. We’re going to apply the bulb seal to the lower portion of the windshield. Start at the bottom edge and run it all the way across. Cut off the excess when you reach the end.
Grab the side portion of the windshield and apply the bulb seal all the way around. Follow the contour of the side piece when cutting the seal. Repeat the same steps on the opposite side.
With the lower portion of the windshield laying with the notched side facing down, line up the side panel with the windshield. Use the provided hardware to attach the side panel to the lower windshield. Ensure the hardware is properly secured.
Install the lower portion with the side panels onto the machine. Use the straps included in the kit to wrap around the upper tube of the cage and hold the windshield in place. Adjust the strap positioning as needed.
Couple the upper windshield to the lower portion. Start by installing the hardware to connect the two parts. Tighten the straps on both sides as tight as possible to secure the windshield.
Install all the straps to the windshield and secure them to the sides. Pull the straps as tight as you can get them. Go through and fully tighten all the hardware. Ensure everything is properly in place.
Once you have all your hardware fully tightened and your windshield is in place, that’s all there is to it to install Super ATV’s rear windshield on this Polaris Razer XP.
