What’s up guys? Are you looking for a Tinted Roof for your Polaris RZR Trail S? Well SuperATV has you covered. Today we’re going to show you how to get one installed. So let’s get right to it.
[00:21] Before we install the roof, we’ll lay it up on the machine. This roof does bend whenever you install it, so you want to bend it down.
Make sure the holes are lining up and that it looks right. If so, we’re good to remove the protective film from both sides.
[00:47] Now, get the foam and bring it over to the machine. We’ll apply our foam all the way around our cage. I’m going to start over here and lay the foam at an angle. Take it all the way around. There’s one piece finished. We’ll grab our other piece and finish going around the cage.
When we get right here, we’ll cut off our excess. Take a razor knife and saw through it. This seems to be the easiest way to do it. Then connect it with the rest of our foam.
[01:56] Next, we’ll take the roof and get it into position.
In your hardware kit, you have four spacers, four Nyloc nuts, and four Allen headed bolts. Make sure you put your sealing washers on these Allen headed bolts.
[02:20] We’ll take our spacer and line it up with the hole in the factory cage. Hold the spacer in place. Then take our bolt and line it up with the hole. On the bottom, get the nut started.
[02:39] Back to the opposite rear side, we’ll take your spacer and lay it up on the hole. Get the hole lined up and push your hardware through. Take our Nyloc nut just like that.
[02:56] Same thing back here. Get our spacer lined up. Take the hardware and slide it through.
Once all of our hardware is started, we’ll fully tighten all of it.
So there you have it. Once you have all your hardware fully tightened, that’s all there is to it to install SuperATV full tinted roof on this Polaris RZR Trail S.
