What’s up guys Braden here with Super ATV and today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s bed enclosure on this Polaris Razer Pro XP so let’s get right to it.
The first thing we’re going to do is come to the back of the machine. We’re going to have a T40 Torx located here as well as here. We’re going to go ahead and remove both of them. Then we’re going to come right here inside the machine to the front two middle screws on the bed and remove them as well.
Now we’re going to take our bed enclosure and place it into the bed of the machine, lining up the tabs on the bed enclosure with the screws that we just previously removed.
Now we’re going to take our factory screws that we removed from the back and get them started back into the factory threaded hole in the bed. We’ll do the same thing with the front two screws that we previously removed. Then, we can go ahead and fully tighten the hardware.
Next, we’re going to grab our two struts. Press right here where the key goes into the trunk bed enclosure to unlock it. Lift the handle and take our strut, installing it as shown. Grab the eight-millimeter nuts in the kit and get those started onto our struts. Then, fully tighten the strut hardware.
Now we’re going to grab the bolts, nuts, and flat washers from the hardware kit. The bolts will come down through the bed enclosure, and on the bottom side, we’ll put the washer and then the nut. Drop the hardware through, hold pressure on the bolt, and get the hardware started. Then, fully tighten the hardware.
To close the bed enclosure, pull it down and push the latch in. To lock it, use the keys provided. Rotate the key and hit the button to unlock. Push it to close and you’re good to go.
