What’s up, guys? Braden here at Super ATV, and today I’m going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s front bumper on this Kawasaki Terex 4. So let’s get right to it.

Removing the OEM Bumper (0:17)

The first thing we’re going to do is remove our OEM bumper. There will be a fastener here and another one down here. Loosen the bolts but leave them in place to prevent the bumper from falling. Repeat the same steps on the opposite side, loosening the hardware but not completely removing it yet. Next, remove the two 10-millimeter bolts on the bottom of the center piece, then remove the center piece.

Removing the Center Piece (1:00)

After loosening the hardware and removing the center piece, the OEM bumper can be taken off. If you are running a Super ATV winch or any winch at all, you will need to remove this panel. Remove the two Allen bolts on the front and the 10-millimeter nuts on the back.

Installing the New Bumper (1:27)

Now that we have removed the center piece, slide the new bumper into place. Pull the winch up slightly and set the bumper back where it needs to be. Use the factory mounting holes that were used for the OEM bumper. Align the new bumper and ensure it sits properly.

Installing the Braces (2:22)

Grab the braces and line them up in the correct orientation to the factory hole where the OEM hardware was removed. Insert the M10 bolt through the brace and secure it with an M10 nut on the backside. Repeat the process on the other side. Tighten the bumper hardware and the bolts using the appropriate tools, such as a 15-millimeter wrench for the nut.

Attaching the Upper Portion of the Bumper (3:24)

Slide the upper portion of the bumper into place. Reach through and thread the M10 bolts into the upper portion of the bumper. Once the bolts are started, secure the rest of the four bolts up top with the same hardware used behind the bumper.

Securing the Final Hardware (4:33)

Slide the tube down through the bumper and start the nuts on both sides. Make sure all the hardware is properly aligned and started. Fully tighten all the hardware to ensure the bumper is securely attached to the vehicle.

Adding Optional Accessories (5:36)

The front of the bumper has an option to run Super ATV Cube lights, which can be purchased from superatv.com. Additionally, if you do not have a winch mount already installed on your machine, you can utilize the winch pattern on top of the bumper.

Conclusion (5:53)

Once all your hardware is installed and fully tightened, and everything is adjusted as needed, that’s all there is to it to install Super ATV’s winch-ready front bumper on this Kawasaki Terex 4.
