Hi everyone, Braden here with Super ATV. Today, we’re going to show you how to install Super ATV’s Outfit or Bed Rack on a CFMOTO UForce 1000. Let’s get started! Begin by removing all the contents from the packaging. This ensures you have all the necessary parts and hardware for the installation process.
The first step is to grab the anchors from your hardware kit. These anchors are designed with holes for the Allen head, and tabs on the bottom that need to be flush with the anchor itself. Loosen the hardware to align the tabs, then position the anchor in the notches under the bed. Wiggle the anchor into place and snug it down by hand. Install anchors at the designated holes, ensuring they are secure. Repeat these steps for both sides of the bed.
Next, take the mount and lay it up on the bed, aligning it with the anchors. Use the M10 short Allen bolts from the hardware kit and thread them down into the anchors. Make sure everything is snug and secure before moving on to the next step.
For the hook panel installation, start by grabbing the rear upright right and front upright right pieces. Slide them into the designated holes. Then, take your hook panel and M8 by 20 mm Allen headed hardware. Align the hook panel with the uprights and insert the hardware through the holes. Secure the M8 Nylock nuts on the other side. Install all the hardware, ensuring it’s tight and repeat the same process on the opposite side.
Now, grab the cross brace and position it between the uprights. Use the same M8 hardware from the previous step. Start the bolts on one side, ensuring they are properly aligned before moving to the opposite side. Repeat the process to secure the cross brace in place. This will provide additional stability to the structure.
Next, take the M10 by 55 mm Allen bolts and slide them through the uprights. Secure these with the M10 Nylock nuts provided in the hardware kit. Ensure each upright is firmly attached and check that all connections are tight. This step is crucial for the stability and durability of the bed rack.
It’s time to decide on the height setting for the corner supports. You can choose either the highest or lowest setting based on your preference. Today, we’re setting ours to the lowest position. Using the M10 by 55 mm Allen bolts, attach the corner supports at the chosen height. Ensure all supports are set uniformly across the bed rack.
Grab the side panel and M6 Allen headed bolts. Align the side panel with the uprights and start inserting the M6 hardware through the pre-drilled holes. On the inside, start an M6 Nylock nut for each bolt. Repeat this for all six holes to secure the side panel firmly.
Before attaching the front and rear panels, place the slats into the channel. Slide them towards the front, ensuring they are properly aligned. Using the m6x20 hardware, secure the slats in either the low or high position, depending on your preference. Be cautious not to cross-thread the aluminum, as this can damage the material.
Install the rear panel using the same M6 hardware and process as the side panel. Ensure that the panel is aligned correctly and that all bolts are tightened securely.
Repeat the installation process for the front panel. Align it with the uprights and secure it with the M6 hardware, making sure everything is tight and properly positioned.
If you’re not mounting cube lights, install the provided covers using the m6x22 mm long hardware and M6 Nylock nuts. This step ensures that the bed rack is sealed and ready for use without additional lighting.
Once all components are installed, go through and fully tighten all hardware. This ensures the bed rack is stable and secure. Verify that all bolts are properly tightened and that the bed rack is firmly attached to the vehicle. That’s all there is to it!
