[0:00] Hey everybody. Today we’re gonna show you how super quick and easy it is to install fender flares on your Polaris RZR Turbo S.
Let’s get started by first removing all the hardware securing the factory fender to the machine. There’s going to be one pushpin located here, and then three pushpins located here, here, as well as here. And then one, two, three T40 torque screws that all need to be removed. So let’s get to it.
[0:41] Once all the pushpins are removed, we’ll go ahead and remove the three T40 torques. Once we’ve done this, we can go ahead and remove the factory fender from the machine. We’ll repeat these same exact steps on the other side and the rear, and then we’re gonna head to the front.
In the front we’re gonna remove four T40 torque screws, then remove this pushpin. Lastly, remove this T40 screw.
Once all the hardware’s removed, remove the fenders from the machine. Do the exact same steps on the opposite side.
[1:36] Before we can install our new front fender flares, we need to get our factory fender and remove this clip from the front of it. Then we’ll grab our new extended SuperATV Fender Flares and install the clip to it.
Now install them to the machine. You just want to lip it in so it slides into place.
[1:58] We’ll start reinstalling our hardware. One thing to keep in mind, this screw right here with the more coarse threads is gonna go on the very bottom of the fender flare. This one right here, with the finer threads, is gonna go on the second to the bottom on the fender flare.
Once we have all our hardware started, we’ll take our pushpin and install it back to the factory location. Then we’ll make sure all our hardware is good and started, and go through and start fully tightening it.
[2:42] We’ll head back to the rear and take our extended rear fender flare and lip it underneath, just like that. Line all the holes up. Get our pushpins and start installing our hardware. This is factory hardware. All the factory hardware is compatible with SuperATV’s Fender Flares.
We’re gonna install our three pushpins in the factory location down here. Once we have all our pushpins installed, we’re gonna go through and tighten all our hardware. Then repeat the steps for the opposite side.
[3:18] So we got our flares installed. We went from this to this.
