What’s up guys, Braden here with SuperATV, and today I’m going to show you how super easy it is to install our full windshield on this Polaris Ranger 1000. Let’s get right to it.
This windshield comes with a pre-installed bulb seal, so there’s no need to install the seal yourself. The first step is to remove the protective film from both sides of the windshield once you have confirmed that it fits your machine.
Place the windshield on the machine. Grab the clamps and feed the strap through the hole in the windshield and back through the clamp. Push down lightly to fasten it without fully tightening, in case adjustments are needed. Repeat this process for the upper portion and other sides as needed.
Once the windshield is positioned correctly, fully tighten all the clamps to secure the windshield in place.
