What’s up guys, Braden here with SuperATV, and today I’m going to be showing you how to install SuperATV’s full windshield on this Polaris RZR XP. So, let’s get right to it!
Unbox and Confirm Fit: Begin by removing all the contents from the packaging. Lay the windshield on your machine to confirm that it fits. Note that this windshield will only fit the 2024 and newer RZR XP models and will not fit any of the 2023 and below models. Once confirmed, remove the protective film from both sides of the windshield.
Apply the Bulb Seal: With the windshield laid down and the bend facing up, make sure the bulb portion of the seal is also facing up. Use an air hammer if desired, as it won’t damage the windshield or seal. Install the bulb seal around the edges of the windshield. Once you reach the end, cut off the excess bulb seal for a perfect fit.
Apply the Top Seal: Install the seal across the top of the windshield. Once it reaches the other end, cut off the excess seal.
Position the Windshield: Place the windshield on the machine, ensuring it lips underneath the upper dash and sits properly in the channel. Make sure the bulb seal is squared up with the tube on the cage on both sides.
Install the Straps: Separate the straps, starting with the Velcro portion facing out towards the front. Slide the strap up through the windshield and loop it back on the backside. Pull it all the way down and loosely stick it together. Repeat this step on the opposite side.
Install the Clamps: Separate the clamps and slide the strap through the windshield. Line up the clamp and wiggle the strap through it. Roll the strap back in through the notch on the windshield and install the clamp. Loosely start these clamps as adjustments may be needed. Repeat these steps on the opposite side.
Secure the Windshield: Once satisfied with the position of the windshield, fully tighten all the straps to secure the windshield in place. Ensure everything is properly aligned and securely tightened. Alright guys, so that’s all there is to it to install SuperATV’s full windshield on this Polaris RZR XP.
