[0:00] What’s up guys? Matt here at SuperATV. Today I want to show you how quick and easy it is to install and remove one of our Full Windshields on this Polaris RZR XP 1000.
Once you put it on the machine, now you have time to go around and strap down all four clamps. Our windshields use high-quality Velcro straps that stick even when packed with dirt and debris. So it’s that easy to put on and this easy to take off.
[1:11] So there you have it! Now let’s see what it takes to put together right out of the box.
After opening the box, lay out your windshield, these four clamps, and your lower windshield seal. Start by removing the protective shipping wrap.
[1:33] It’s now time to install the seal to the lower part of the windshield. As you can see, the lower part of this full windshield is shaped to match the contours of your hood for an excellent seal.
Grab your seal and start on one end. Pressing firmly, you’re gonna put that seal all the way up to the bottom of the windshield. Follow it the whole length of the windshield, making sure it’s seated.
As you can see over here, there’s some excess. Trim that off.
[2:16] Then grab your four clamps and press those into the front of your windshield. Now this windshield is ready to go on the machine. It’s that easy!
