What’s up guys? Are you looking for an easy-to-install, easy-to-remove half windshield for your Polaris RZR Trail S? Well, SuperATV has you covered, and today we’re going to show you how to install one.
[00:20] First thing you’re going to do is remove the windshield from the box. It’s very important that you do not remove this protective film until you’ve confirmed that the windshield fits.
We’re going to lay it up on the machine and confirm that it’s going to fit. Then, we’ll take it back over to our bench and peel off the protective film.
[00:37] First thing we’re going to do is grab the bulb seal and install it below where the clamp’s gonna sit. That’s gonna give us clearance so the clamp fits on easy.
Run the bulb seal all the way around to this point and cut off the excess. Take your excess and place a little piece here and here.
Make sure that the bulb seal is facing in toward the machine, like this. Then come over here, to the bottom of where the clamp’s gonna be, and cut off the excess.
[01:35] Fully seat the bulb seal and cut a small little piece. Lay a short piece up there.
Install it on this side, then do the same thing for the opposite side. Once the bulb seal’s on, we’re ready to get the windshield installed to the machine.
[02:07] We have two clamps in the kit. Take one of the clamps and wrap it around the cage. I like to feed the strap through the RZR windshield, and then through the clamp like this.
Make sure you got a good little bit of strap coming through the clamp. Feed the strap back through the hole. Line the clamp up. Strap it down so it makes good contact on the hood. It fits really nicely. And come over here to the opposite side, and do the same exact thing.
Once you have the heavy-duty straps installed, that’s all there is to installing SuperATV’s Half Windshield on this Polaris RZR Trail S.
