[0:00] What’s up guys? Today we’re going to show you how to install SuperATV’s Inner Fender Guards on this Polaris RZR PRO XP. Let’s jump right in.

Remove the Factory Screws

First, we’ll come to the inner fender and remove the factory T40 Torx screw located right here. After that, take the provided drill bit and drill out this hole and this hole. There should be two factory indentions, one here and one here.

[1:12] The next thing we’ll do is grab the M6 x 40mm Allen-headed screws, one of our chamfered washers, and our passenger side inner fender armor panel. Take the inner panel and slide it into position. We’re going to line this top hole up with the factory threaded hole, where we removed the T40 Torx.

We won’t fully tighten it but we are going to make sure we start a couple threads, that way it will just sit there.

Next we’re going to grab two of our short Allen-headed screws from the hardware kit, along with two chamfered washers, two small flat washers, and two Nyloc nuts.

Install the Inner Panel

[2:13] Once our hardware is started through the fender armor panel, we’ll slide the washer on and start the Nyloc nut. Do that for both screws. Now we’ll grab three of our bowl washers out of the kit, two self-tappers, and one of our 10mm threaded bolts.

The next step is to install the hardware.

We have a SuperATV skid plate on this machine. If you do not, you’ll take the provided piece of ARMW and cut it to fit behind the fender armor panel. Slide that behind it, up against the frame. Then take your self-tappers and run them up into the frame.

[3:13] Like I said, we already have a SuperATV skid plate so we’ll make sure that’s in position. Then we’ll run our self-tappers into the frame.

Fully Tighten All Hardware

This machine previously had these fender armor panels on before, which is why our self-tappers are sliding right in with no problem. Obviously, with yours, you may have to drill a pilot hole to get them in. That’s what I’d recommend doing—take a small drill bit and pop a hole. That way your hardware goes in easily.

Once you have your three bolts started, the two self-tappers in the innermost holes, and your threaded bolt on the outermost holes, you can fully tighten your hardware.

[4:58] That’s all there is to installing SuperATV’s Inner Fender Guards on this Polaris RZR PRO XP! Be sure to check us out online to pick yours up today. Drop a like, comment, and subscribe too. Thanks for watching and we’ll catch you on the next one.
