What’s up guys? Today we’re going to install our Vented Full Windshield on this Polaris RZR Trail S in four easy steps.
The first thing you’re going to do is remove all contents from the SuperATV packaging. Take your windshield and confirm that it fits. We’ve already done this, so we’re going to remove the protective film from both sides.
Now that the protective film is removed, it’s time to apply the bulb seal to the windshield. Make sure that the vents stay pushed open and the bulb portion of the seal is facing up.
We’re going to start right here in the center and go all the way around. Once we make it back to that same point, we’ll cut off the excess.
At this point, we’re going to cut off the excess.
Now that the hardware on our roof is loosened, we’ll slide the windshield into place. Once it’s slid into place, we’ll grab our heavy-duty clamps. Reach around the back side of the cage and slide the strap through, then feed the strap through the clamp.
Slide it through the hole in the windshield. Then slide this strap through the clamp and grab the strap. Pull it through, then push it down through the windshield and get the clamp seated into the windshield. Then pull your strap tight and fasten it back to the hook and loop.
We’re going to continue the same process for the rest of our straps.
Once you’ve retightened all of your roof hardware and your straps are good and tight, that’s all there is to installing SuperATV’s Vented Full Windshield on this Polaris RZR Trail S.
