Obviously, you’ll need to have your replacement axle on hand, but you may also need cotter pins, axle nut, new boots, and grease, depending on what is included with your replacement axle.
Once you have your parts and tools organized, prep your work space. It should be on a flat, level surface where the vehicle and jack can be secured. Before you begin, disconnect the battery. Once the wheel and tire are off, remove the brake caliper from the rotor, then use your needle nose pliers to remove the cotter pin. Once that is done, you can remove the axle nut, washers, and the wheel hub assembly.

Set the new axle into the differential, setting the CV splines into the differential splines to seat it. Make sure it is fully engaged and clicks into place. This is a good time to use your rubber mallet to give the axle a few solid strikes once it is set into the differential and clicks into place.
Reattach your suspension components and ensure all connections are torqued to the specifications in your owner’s manual. This is vital to avoid excessive wear and tear, damage, and ensure a smooth ride.

What is torque Spec for the axle nut on the rhino axles

It’s between 90-110 lbs. It really depends on the factory specs of that machine.
