A good CVT drive belt is like a good pair of shoes. They grip well, they’re comfortable, and they get you where you need to go without falling apart. Our new line of belts powered by GBoost Technology gives you a full range of ATV and UTV belts, each tweaked and tuned for a different kind of rider.
Between the World’s Best, Mud Monster, Badass XC X-Country, Rock and Trail, the Extreme Badass, and Sand Storm styles, you’ll be able to get the perfect belt for the way you ride and enjoy unmatched durability and performance.
The World’s Best Belt is kind of a showstopper. It’s designed to be the strongest, longest-lasting belt you can get. It uses third generation, high-twist aramid fiber cord which makes it ideal for high-horsepower loads. In fact, it’s able to withstand a shock load from a 400 HP machine without fraying or falling apart.
That’s not its only trick though. The top cog on any drive belt gets squeezed hard between the sheaves on the clutch. The pressure can cause the belt to bow which can lead to slippage (bad) or cord pop-out (worse). With the World’s Best Belt, the top cog has been reinforced to withstand increased pressure so it won’t flex or bow under heavy load.
Let’s not forget about the bottom cog, though. It uses something called a high-modulus rubber compound and has aramid fibers throughout. The compound and the aramid fibers aren’t just there to make things strong (although they are tough)—their main job is to keep everything cool. The compound heats up slower and dissipates heat quicker than any alternative, and the aramid fibers help the belt stick to the sheaves. Better sticking means less friction, and less friction means less heat.
That extra grip also makes for incredibly smooth engagement. Slamming down on the gas has never felt as good as it does with the World’s Best Belt. And you have the confidence knowing that whatever you throw at it, whether you’re road riding, mud bogging, or desert racing, World’s Best won’t let you down.
Are you a rock climber and a trail stormer? Then our Rock and Trail Belt is exactly what you need to dominate mountains and command the trail with maximum power. Some will say it can’t be done—there’s no way you can tackle rocky terrain without letting up on the gas. But you know, here at SuperATV, we’re all about pushing the limits.
Thanks to clever engineering and dedication, our Rock and Trail Belt came to fruition. It allows you to ride under the most intense conditions while withstanding the rapid and forceful pulls you encounter on rocks and trails.
How’s it even possible? This belt is made with an aramid fiber cord and a high-modulus rubber compound that holds up no matter how hard you ride.
The name says it all—this belt is for those that like to gear down and go big. It’s designed for monster builds that pull a bunch of weight and put a ton of stress on your drivetrain.
If you put big tires, a gear reduction, and a clutch kit on your machine, you’re gonna start beating the crap out of your clutch belt. It’ll get squeezed tighter and pulled harder than your stock belt was ever designed for.
But that’s exactly what the Extreme Badass Belt loves doing. It’s built with an advanced rubber compound that can get squeezed harder than any other belt material on the market. It won’t slip, it won’t tear, and the aramid fiber cords won’t pop out of the side.
If you’re an extreme rider that has monster grips and a no-compromise machine, you just found the perfect belt for you.
You’re probably catching onto our theme here—we have a specific belt for every riding style you can think of. Yes, that means a belt for mud too! No one loves the mud more than us, that’s why our Mud Monster belt is one of our favorites.
It’s a monstrous belt that the most avid mud riders will love. We’re talking about diving deep, burying your machine, and living to tell the tale. It has exceptional gripping capabilities, preventing your belt from slipping or losing momentum. And it holds up against high torque and those big ol’ heavy mud tires you’re runnin’. You can count on complete transference from your engine to your wheels regardless of the demanding conditions. And its construction guarantees cool and seamless operation.
It uses encapsulated aramid fibers and a precision-ground sidewall angle to make sure it gets maximum sheave contact and superior grip. Contact and grip are key to reducing and eliminating slippage and rubbing which both lead to heat buildup. With this belt, when you slam on the gas, it grips right away.
That superior grip also gives you smooth engagement. Hitting the gas feels great when you get instant power. Plus it’s got the strength to handle it. With a similar aramid cord design as the World’s Best Belt, and incredibly high cord pop-out resistance, you can trust a Sand Storm Belt to handle whatever abusive riding you through at it.
Like the name implies, this belt is perfect for anybody that likes to ride in the dunes or desert. You know, places where you can keep the pedal floored for 20 minutes at a time. It’s also great for anybody that likes to go fast (which is most of you). It stays cool so you can keep the intensity high.
If you’re looking for a belt that is budget friendly without compromising performance, then our Badass XC X-Country Belt is perfect for you. It’s a great OEM replacement, offering superior heat dissipation and delivering smooth engagement for continued maximum performance.
This belt is great to store in your machine as a replacement when you blow a belt on the trail. It’s not as expensive as our others, but it allows you to do a quick fix and get back on the trail without compromising the way you like to ride.
These aren’t belts you just throw on before slamming on the gas—they’re precision made and require a break-in period to get every ounce of performance out of them. It takes time for the belt to get to know your clutch and get seated properly. Don’t worry, the break-in procedure is easy.

We have an arsenal of individuals that can tell you the ins and outs of our drive belts and how they function compared to OEM belts or aftermarket belts. But Mickey Roberts, a 7-year employee and lab technician here at SuperATV, has spent hundreds of hours testing our belt lineup, ensuring they can withstand every terrain and riding style you can think of.
We asked Mickey several questions about the belts themselves, starting with what separates our World’s Best Belt from other UTV drive belts on the market.
In Mickey’s opinion, “It’s one of the most well-rounded belts out there—it can handle mud, wooded trails, creeks, and utility work easily. If you’re riding around here, you can easily make this belt last just by simply keeping on its maintenance.”
Mickey made a good point—belt maintenance is huge.
“Of course, the lifespan of a belt depends on the rider and the terrain, but it’s fairly easy to preserve a belt just by doing these few things: blow the dust off your belt as often as you clean your machine, wash your belt with dish soap, and use some Scotch Brite to clean your clutch face.”
Mickey explained that dust alone on your belt can cause it to slip. He also said, “If you’re going to be on the trails for several hours, then you need to pack an extra belt.”
And the last tip Mickey left us with was this: “When you’re running in high and don’t cycle your clutch, your belt experiences more wear and tear. Give your belt time to breathe! After a hard ride, let your machine spin or idle so the belt doesn’t consume all the heat off the engine.”
Mickey is invested in our drive belts. After hundreds of hours of completing endurance and launch tests, he’s convinced that our UTV drive belt lineup is as good as OEM, if not better.
We firmly believe that our UTV and ATV drive belts are unlike anything else on the market. It’s our customers’ reviews that ensure we got it right with our UTV drive belt lineup.
“Worth every penny—my Sportsman feels like a new machine!”—Daniel M.
“I could can tell a difference as soon as I installed it.”—Ronnie C.
“Best belt I have ever run.”—William P.
“This new belt on my Polaris General is amazing. No more grabbing and jerking from the old one. I was beginning to think I was going to need to rebuild clutches, but the problem was resolved with this application. Thank you SuperATV.”—Robert T.
“I could tell a difference immediately—no more jerking when backing up and it feels like more torque on take off.”—Bobby W.
As Mickey mentioned above, always pack an extra belt when riding. That same thought is what led us to our UTV Belt Case.
It holds two extra belts and the tools you need to change them. We’ve designed it to clamp to the frame of your machine. Once you’ve installed it, you can forget about it—until you need it of course.
It’s the perfect solution to take on hours of trail riding without cluttering your cargo box.
No matter what you’re doing, there’s a belt here that can help you do it better. These aren’t just replacement belts, they’re the belts you need to make your favorite hobby more fun. When you go with quality that doesn’t compromise, your machine will thank you.

Put the extreme badass belt on my 2021 Polaris general xp did the break in period and now my buggie isn’t as fast as it was with stock belt is there a reason for that
Eric, that is strange. Give us a call at 855-743-3427 so we can help troubleshoot and see if there are other underlying issues. Thanks for checking in!
We purchased an extreme badass belt for our 2019 Polaris RZR XP4 Turbo S. It has a super ATV 3” lift with 33s on 20” wheels. It also has a new STM clutch – primary and secondary. When the belt was installed it is making a squealing noise that was not there with the stock belt. It also sounds like the secondary is rattling but the bolt is tight. Any suggestions? STM says the belt should work with this clutch.
Hey Michelle! The belt shouldn’t be making anything rattle, so I would say it’s more than likely a clutch issue. I would recommend reaching out to your local dealer to troubleshoot. If you still feel it’s a belt issue, you can contact G-Boost directly at 218-454-4584 to help. Thank you for reaching out!
how to know in what direction the belt goes on a kawasaki teryx4 le 800 all ready got the badass belt
Hey Gary! Thanks for reaching out. Our install tech says the rule of thumb is to always install a belt in the direction where you can read the wording on it (while installing). Give us a call at 855-743-3427 if you have any more trouble!
Which type of scotch brite to use sponge or copper or steel?
Hey JT, the heavy-duty green scouring pad Scotch Brite or a fine-grade steel wool will do the trick. Thanks for the question!
