When you roll off the lot with your shiny new Polaris Ranger, the promise of endless outdoor fun and easier chores feels exciting and real. But a bone stock machine doesn’t always meet all of your needs, and a few Polaris Ranger accessories goes a long way to making your awesome new machine even better.
So if you’re looking at ways to finish what the Polaris factory started, here’s our top 10 most popular Polaris Ranger accessories of 2022 so far. Whether you’re new to UTVs or you just want to gussy up your old Ranger 900, you might find a few surprising items that are more important than you thought.
A front windshield of some kind is a must-have aftermarket accessory. Getting one made of polycarbonate that’s 250 times stronger than glass ensures it’s rugged enough for challenging trails, low-hanging branches, and everything mother nature has to throw at you.
At SuperATV, we have several styles of windshields:
That’s a lot of choices, but our most popular version is far and away the flip up windshield. It gives full protection when you need it and the ability to open it or vent it while you ride so you can adapt to changing conditions.

You might think a front windshield alone is enough to keep you comfortable, but there’s a good reason why a polycarbonate rear windshield is our second most popular Polaris Ranger aftermarket accessory.
When you run a front windshield by itself, it generates suction that pulls air in from the sides. That’s not necessarily a bad thing if you’re riding somewhere warm, but even then, the dust it pulls in from your tires can make it a deal breaker.
A rear windshield stops suction, protects you from your rear tire spray, and keeps the elements off the back of your neck. It’s a very smart addition to your cab.

If you think a lift kit is only for people that are into more extreme riding than you, think again. A small lift kit of two or three inches is a great Polaris Ranger accessory to invest in.
There are three reasons why small Polaris Ranger lift kits are good for anybody:
For a relatively small amount of money, you can get more ground clearance and tire clearance. Ground clearance helps you cruise over ruts, rocks, and stumps easier, and tire clearance lets you run larger tires. And larger tires make rolling over any obstacle easier.

The only way to avoid wearing out your stock bushings is to not use your Ranger. But you will, so eventually you’ll have to replace them or risk damaging your A-arms and mounting tabs.
That’s what makes UHMW bushings one of the most popular Polaris Ranger aftermarket parts. UHMW is a significantly tougher material than stock’s HDPE. It also wears slower and self lubricates—as it wears, it actually runs smoother.
UHMW bushings are so much better that you might not have to ever replace them depending on your ride style.

Upgrading your A-arms might seem like overkill, but the many benefits they give you make high-clearance offset A-arms very popular.
First, “high-clearance” doesn’t mean they lift your machine. Instead, they’re shaped so that they don’t come as close to the ground as stock. This lets you roll over more sticks and rocks smoothly, without banging your arms into every single one.
Second, the offset extends your wheelbase. A longer wheelbase increases your stability, but it also gives you room for larger tires. You can fit up to 33” tires with our Polaris Ranger XP 1000 High-Clearance 2” Forward A-Arms for example.
Finally, our aftermarket A-arms are bigger and stronger, and they come backed by a lifetime warranty. That’s just one less part you have to worry about while you ride.

Most 2019 and newer Rangers have a busbar that gives you access to a number of waterproof plugs. This is great for easily wiring a lightbar or sound system into power, but what if a particular Polaris Ranger accessory doesn’t come with the right plug?
Get our busbar accessory plug!
It plugs into your busbar and gives you hot, ground, and key-on wires that you can connect to easily. We even give you a selection of connectors so you don’t have to go to the hardware store for anything.

We have molded plastic and tinted polycarbonate roofs that are both very popular and practical.
Our standard plastic roof is injection molded and black. Our tinted roofs are made with transparent polycarbonate.
Either way, you get excellent protection from the sun and rain, and both are lightweight. If you want to brighten up your cab a bit, we recommend going with our tinted polycarbonate.
No matter what you go with, you won’t regret the upgrade to your cab’s comfort.

You probably already know that you want to add a winch, but don’t forget to get the right winch mount for your Polaris Ranger.
Our Polaris Ranger winch mounting plates accommodate our 2500, 4500, and 6000 Lb. Black Ops Winches (along with most other brands with matching bolt patterns).
Our winch mounts take out the guesswork by including all the hardware and even include fairlead grille plates when needed. Not to mention, they come with full-color instructions just like all our products do. It’s the easiest way to get a winch on your UTV.

It takes just one ride to understand why aluminum doors are a top ten accessory for a Polaris Ranger—those stock nets don’t stop much!
Whether you’re kicking up gravel, getting caked with mud, or flipping sticks into your cab, you need better protection from the trail.
That’s exactly what aluminum doors do best. Our doors use lightweight aluminum plating for the door panel and a 1” diameter steel tube frame to maximize strength without adding a ton of weight. Plus, we made them easy to rest your arm on comfortably and they just look good.
It’s a big improvement to your overall comfort and the look of your Ranger.

Your Polaris Ranger is legally allowed to drive on the road in many states and counties. But almost all of those places require you to have a turn signal kit. So it’s no wonder why turn signal kits round out our top 10 list of the most popular Polaris Ranger accessories.
Our Deluxe plug and play turn signal kits are designed to be easy to install—even novices can get them up and running quickly thanks to standard plug connectors and color-coded wiring.
But that’s not all they’re built to do. The watertight control box and plugs mean they’re just as capable off-road as they are on the street.
And did we mention they come with a horn too? It’s the whole street-legal package.

When you’re more prepared, more comfortable, and more capable, every ride is more fun. The right accessories for your Polaris Ranger let you get the most out of your machine. The best part is that making your Ranger better all around makes it better at both recreation and work.
So make your Polaris Ranger the best it can be with a little help from SuperATV.
