Shop, Earn, Repeat—Presenting the Rider Rewards Loyalty Program

We might be biased, but we think SuperATV has the best customers on the planet. Your purchases, feedback, and consistent demand for top-quality products are the driving forces behind everything we do. That’s why we’re so excited to launch our new customer loyalty program: Rider Rewards.

With Rider Rewards, you earn perks for things you’re already doing: making purchases, leaving reviews, and telling your friends about us. Signing up is quick, easy, and absolutely free.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a brand-new customer or you’ve been shopping at SuperATV since the beginning. We appreciate you and we want to show that appreciation by giving you a little kickback. Here’s how it works.

Step 1: Sign Up

Why should you sign up for Rider Rewards? It’s simple. You’re already shopping with us—why not earn some sweet perks in the process?

It doesn’t hurt that signing up is totally free and it only takes a few minutes! There are a few ways to join, depending on whether or not you have a customer account with us. Here are your options.

I already have a SuperATV account.

1. Great news! If you have a SuperATV account, you’re automatically enrolled in Rider Rewards.
2. All you have to do is make a purchase to start earning.

I don’t have a SuperATV account yet.

1. Create an account on our website. From now on, new sign-ups will automatically be enrolled in Rider Rewards.
2. Make a purchase. Even if you check out as a guest, your email account will have points connected to it. You’ll still need to create a SuperATV account to access your points and perks, though.

You can also sign up by clicking the “Join Now” button on the Rider Rewards homepage.

Step 2: Earn Points

Rider Rewards lets you rack up points in a variety of ways, and most of them involve things you’re already doing. Those points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive offers, and other freebies.

Here are some of the ways you can start earning.

Make a Purchase

You’ll earn 1 Rider Rewards point for every $1 you spend at SuperATV. As you move up through the tiers (more on that in a bit), you’ll get even more bang for your buck.

You also get a 300-point bonus for making two purchases within a year’s time.

Refer a Buddy

Don’t keep all the perks to yourself! Refer a friend to Rider Rewards and you both benefit. They’ll get $20 off their first order of $300 or more, and you’ll get $20 (in points, 200 points) for each successful referral.

When Your Birthday Passes

By telling us your birthday when you sign up, we can reward you with 100 points just for getting older. Happy birthday to you!

One Year After Your First Purchase

We want to celebrate your Rider Rewards anniversary! One year after making your first purchase with our loyalty program, you’ll earn 50 points. The sooner you sign up and start shopping, the earlier that anniversary will hit.

Tell Us What You Think

We love getting your feedback, so we figured we’d reward you for that, too. Leave a review on our website to earn 5 Rider Rewards points. Add a photo or video to your review and we’ll double the reward, giving you 10 points instead.

Your points will expire one year after you earn them. For example, if you earn points from a purchase made in January 2022, those points will expire in January 2023. But don’t worry about forgetting to redeem them! We’ll send you a reminder email if you have points that are about to expire. Or you can check out the “My Points” tab under your account information.

Step 3: Level Up

The more you shop, the sweeter the rewards become. That’s because Rider Rewards runs on a tier system that lets you level up based on how much you spend.

We mentioned earlier that you get 1 point for every $1 you spend. But as you move up through the ranks, your kickback gets a little bigger:

• Rookie: 1 point for every $1
• Novice: 1.25 points for every $1
• Pro: 1.5 points for every $1
• Elite: 2 points for every $1

That’s not the only perk that comes with leveling up. As you advance from one tier to another, you’re rewarded with even more cool stuff, including early access to SuperATV sales and merch giveaways.
