How to Check your SuperATV Order Status

Here’s how you can check your SuperATV order status and find detailed tracking information*.

How to Check SuperATV Order Tracking

If you have your tracking number or order number from your confirmation email, you can follow these steps to check your SuperATV order status.

1. Head to the Order Status page
2. Enter your order number and email or phone number
3. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number directly

If you don’t have an order or tracking number, you can follow these steps to find your order status.

On Mobile:

1. Go to SuperATV.com and tap the menu button in the upper left corner 

2. Tap “My Account” and log in

3. Tap “Order History”

4. Find your order and tap “View Order”
5. Tap on the “Order Shipments” tab and then “Track all shipment”

On Desktop:

1. Go to SuperATV.com, click on the account icon in the upper right corner, and log in

2. Hover over the account icon and click on “My Orders”

3. Find your order and click on “View Order”
4. Click on the “Order Shipments” tab and then “Track all shipment”

This will provide tracking information for all the shipments associated with that order.

If SuperATV Order Tracking Information Is Not Available

If you see “There is no tracking available for this shipment,” don’t worry. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear after the product is shipped. If tracking is still unavailable after 24 hours, feel free to give us a call at 855-743-3427 for more information.
