SuperATV’s Black Ops Winch line is top-of-class when it comes to ATVs and UTVs. From our compact 2500 lb. winch to our robust 6000 lb. winch, we’ve packed in durability, strength, and usability features that off-road enthusiasts love.
But we decided it was time to do a little something more. With our new 12,000 lb. winch, Black Ops isn’t just the winch of choice for side-by-side lovers—it’s the best winch for Jeeps, trucks, and the rest of the overlanding community.
So let’s dig into the biggest, beefiest winch we’ve ever made—what makes it tick, what makes it rock, and how it’ll change your overlanding game forever.
When you get up to a 12,000 lb. pull rating, everything has to be that much stronger and more durable. Inside and out, we’ve made sure our biggest winch is our best winch. Here are the key features:
It’s all built for power, durability, and usability. Speaking of usability, our high speed setting will reel in your winch line fast. It’s ideal for light loads or when you’re spooling the line back on the drum. We know how tedious that long wind up can be.
But let’s not gloss over that IP68 rating. It ensures that this winch is as waterproof as it can be. A good Jeep winch has to be able to take on everything a Jeep can, and we’ve taken a Wrangler through our fair share of brutal adventures.
We’re talking hills that all but toss us down end-over-end, wind-whipped dunes that sand blast every exposed part, and river crossings that threaten to swallow our car whole.
That’s what our 12,000 lb. Black Ops Winch is built for. Submerge it, muck it up, blast it with dust, and you can still count on it to pull no matter what.
The 12,000 lb. winch is big enough to let us mount the solenoid right to the winch itself. And when you pair it with our winch receiver mount, you get a winch you can move between vehicles with ease.
The winch bolts onto the mount, and the mount attaches to any 2” receiver hitch. Once you have the winch mounted and wired, you can easily move it between vehicles. Taking your Jeep to an overlanding rock trail? Plug it in there. Taking your side-by-side to the mud park tomorrow? Pop it off your Jeep and slip it onto your UTV.
It’s a portable truck winch, Jeep winch, and UTV winch. Use it where you need it, when you need it.
We hear you. “There’s no way it’s that easy to move,” you say. “I’ll have to run wiring to my battery terminals every time!”
Nope! You won’t.
That’s because our winch uses a quick disconnect winch power cable. You run it to your battery terminals once, and then you can plug and unplug it easily.
The main power isn’t the only thing that plugs in fast. The key-on power wire uses a quick-disconnect plug too. And the wired remote plugs right into a socket on the solenoid itself. Getting up and running when you switch it to another vehicle is three-plugs-and-done.
It truly is a portable winch you can use on all your vehicles.
Now that we’ve got all the cool features out of the way, it’s time to figure out what a 12,000 lb. winch is really capable of.
With 12,000 pounds of pulling force, there’s nothing that will stop you. It has enough power and strength to pull a fully-loaded F250 straight up the side of a cliff, and that’s no joke.
It doesn’t matter if you’re pulling your Dodge Ram out of the snow or dragging your Jeep Wrangler over boulders—this winch will pull any vehicle through any terrain. You’re more likely to roll that boulder out of the way than run out of winch force.
And for those of you that want to make a massive mega side-by-side with 50 inch tires, 8” GDP Portals, and a huge lift kit, we’ve got you covered too. It’ll pull you out of ten-foot-deep peanut butter mud no problem.
With both wired and wireless remotes included, you can winch the way you want to. You can even have your spotter control the winch with the remote while you focus on throttle control and handling.
And let’s not overlook the premium synthetic rope line. It’s lightweight and easy to handle so you won’t be struggling with rusty, kinked steel cable when you need recovery.
For true freedom, self-reliance, and choice, get our 12,000 lb. Black Ops Winch. It goes over the top to take you over the line.
