During the warranty period, SuperATV will replace defective parts with new parts. In no event shall SuperATV be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from breach of this warranty.

Damge to the product caused by:
  • Improper installation
  • Uninstructed modifications to any component of the kit
  • Crash, impact or abuse of product
  • Water entering electrical components
