What’s up, guys? Today we’re going to show you how easy it is to install SuperATV’s Bed Enclosure on a Polaris RZR Pro R. Let’s get right to it.

1) Remove the Bed Fasteners

The first thing you’ll do is remove the two fasteners. If you don’t have a cargo box, they will be T-40s. If you have a SuperATV cargo box, they will be 10mm.

Brandon uses a Milwaukee drill to remove OEM hardware on the back end of a UTV.
A drill makes this whole process move way faster.

Remove the hardware and set it aside. Then move to the bed. On the side of the bed rail there is a T-40. There will be one on the opposite side as well. Remove them both and set them aside.

Using a socket wrench, Brandon removes the rest of the hardware.
This would be a lot easier without the cargo box, but we prefer our Pro R fully loaded.

Now it’s time to install the bed enclosure.

2) Mount the Bed Enclosure

If you do not have a SuperATV cargo box, you’ll reuse the factory hardware. If you do have a SuperATV cargo box, you will use the hardware that is provided in the kit.

Align the enclosure with the holes where you previously removed the hardware. Place the hardware back in the holes and tighten them, but not all the way. You want it to be secure enough to not move, but you should still have some wiggle room to adjust the other side.

Next, take the bracket and the provided bolts in the kit. They should be the only bolts in the kit. Loosely install them into the threaded bracket.

Brandon finger-tightens a screw to hold the cargo box in place.
Now you’ll use the only bolts in the kit to secure the bed enclosure.

3) Install and Tighten All Hardware

Take the shim and put it on the back side of the bracket. Then slide the T-40 Torx through the bracket, through the shim, and into the factory hole. Finger-tighten that bolt, then repeat the same steps for the opposite side.

Brandon uses shims to ensure the brackets are installed correctly.
Don’t forget to fully tighten all your hardware once everything’s installed.

Once you have everything installed and all the hardware finger-tight, you can tighten all the hardware fully. Then you’re done installing SuperATV’s Bed Enclosure on this Polaris RZR Pro R! Don’t forget to check out the rest of our great RZR Pro R upgrades. See you on the trail!

The SuperATV logo flashes over the fully installed cargo box.
Looks niiiiiiice.
