Preparation is the most important part of every UTV adventure. You need to make sure all your gear does what you need it to, and you need to make sure everything works the way it’s supposed to.
That’s why having a knowledgeable friend to answer all your questions is such a lifeline.
That’s what SuperATV’s customer service is here for. Our local customer service team works right in the building and comes prepped with experience and expertise, not a script.
What makes our customer service so different and definitely worth using if you have questions? Let’s check it out.
SuperATV’s customer service reps have a tough job. We launch over 600 products a year, and it’s up to the folks in customer service to know about each and every one of them.
That’s why they attend weekly product trainings to stay up to date on everything new and old.
Those training sessions are led by our own in-house expert, Braden. He’s a mechanic by trade and used to run his own shop. Now he’s at SuperATV sharing his years of experience with customer service and our outside sales reps. “I want them to know what the best setup is for different situations,” he says. He holds over a dozen training sessions a week in an effort to keep the class sizes small.
“I try to make sure everyone knows at least three facts about any product so they can help customers make the right choice when they want to buy a product.”
Continuous training turns every customer service rep into an expert, but it’s just one part of what makes our customer service such a good resource for you.

While Braden makes new experts every week, we also stack our customer service bench with folks who have years of experience in the industry and in customer service.
Here are a couple of the folks who make our customer service team diverse and knowledgeable so you can count on good solutions and advice when you call in.
Travis is going on 12 years in customer service. He’s heard just about every possible problem and has talked to every kind of customer.
“From running my own business and working on a farm, I always want things to work a certain way and to be treated a certain way. So I try to give that to our customers.”
He’s a great resource. In fact, he says, “Between me and everyone else, it’s easy to find answers if I don’t happen to know it offhand.”

Noah is brand new to SuperATV, but he brings tons of power sports industry experience with I’m. “I was a professional mechanic for almost 15 years in the power sports industry, and I built multiple national racing circuit Can-Am X3 UTVs.”
He’s still learning a lot about SuperATV too. In time, he hopes to master his knowledge of all our parts. Until then, he’s surrounded by folks like Travis and Braden who are ready to help. But even now, he has some of the best practical knowledge on the team.
SuperATV customer service reps have the knowledge, and they’re ready to share it with you. Talking to them is as simple as calling our customer service number.
When you call in, you’re asked to:
This isn’t some phone tree designed to get you off the phone without ever talking to a real person—it’s designed to get you to the experts you need as fast as possible. For example, if you want technical assistance, you’ll talk to our folks who really know our parts inside and out and are very familiar with all kinds of different problems and their solutions.
You don’t have to call in though.
Try out these options when getting on the phone isn’t convenient:
When you click on or tap the chat button, you’re still connected to one of our in-house experts for a live chat to help you with whatever you need.
The same goes for email, although it’s obviously not live, and you won’t get a response instantly.
And if you’ve been sleeping on Virtual Mechanic for your technical support, don’t. You schedule a timeslot, and then we give you a video call. You can show us exactly what you’re struggling with on an install or show us your build and ask what you should upgrade next.
Virtual Mechanic gives you personalized, one-on-one service right in your garage.
SuperATV does not run a call center. All our customer service reps work in our buildings in Madison, Indiana, Shreveport, Louisiana, and Salt Lake City, Utah.
That’s why our customer service isn’t available 24/7—it’s only available when the building is open.
That means short hours on Saturday, and everyone gets the day off on Sunday. Plus, they’re closed for most major holidays.
Customer service is a notoriously tough job, so keeping good hours means you get better help from happier customer service reps who’ve put in the time and know their stuff.
Check out SuperATV’s Customer Service hours.

Our customer service representatives are an awesome resource for everybody out there—including you! These are real folks with real industry knowledge, surrounded by even more SuperATV experts who help fill in any knowledge gaps.
They’re here to help, so:
They’ll make sure you get the best out of your buck.

Price on a 2018 Polaris Rzr 1000 4 seater split flip up windshield
Hi Roddy!
We are currently having a sale on our windshields. The current price is $299.96 before tax. Normal price is $374.95.
I bought your Prop shaft for a 2014 Polaris Ranger 900 XP about a year ago. Just got aroundbto installing yesterday. A while back i also put the high lifter front diff plate in so i could run the rzr 1k front differential because the oem one is smaller & wouldn’t hold up. After i stalling the prop shaft upon completion i saw that the larger yoke hits the satv hd rack & pinion mounting bracket. I was about to order the 2.0 rack but its physical size is even bigger so im at a loss of what to do at this point. Any suggestions? Ive read about the shock therapy rack but would it clear the larger yoke? I can’t afford to buy just to see if it works. Any & all help would be appreciated.
Hi Dale,
You might need a different yoke. Give us a call to speak to a technician! 812.574.7777
