Welcome back to Grease the Wheels! I’m Braden Adams, and today we’re in my garage installing SuperATV’s Bed Rack Delta on the Polaris Xpedition XP. Before we get started, here’s a look at the tools you’ll need to complete the install efficiently.
Begin by opening the bed and dropping the tailgate. Locate the rubber grommet in the rear corner of the bed and remove it to access the mounting channel. Grab the threaded bracket from the kit and slide it into the channel. You’ll want to position it loosely for now so it can be adjusted when the mount is in place. Repeat this step for the opposite side of the bed.
Next, grab your mount brackets and the included short hardware. Place each mount on top of the bed channel, aligning the notches with the bracket. Thread the bolts down into the channel’s bracket using your hand to start. You can position the mounts anywhere along the channel—we recommend mounting toward the rear of the bed for easy reach.
Once both mounts are loosely secured, lift the bed rack into place and rest it on the mounts. Align the slotted channels in the rack with the square mounting holes in the brackets. Use the included carriage bolts and insert them from the top down. Thread Nylock nuts onto the bolts from underneath. Don’t fully tighten yet—this allows for minor adjustments to ensure the rack sits evenly.
With the bed rack in position and even on both sides, go ahead and fully tighten all the hardware. Start with the mounts to lock their position, then finish by securing the carriage bolts holding the rack. Double-check for equal spacing and snug fit.
