What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV. Today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s Bed Rack Delta on this Can-Am Defender. Let’s get right to it!
Begin by preparing your thumb screw and washers. Slide the lock washer over the thumb screw, followed by the flat washer. Grab the aluminum insert and place it into the channel of the bed. There are two positions for the inserts.
Take the side panel and a threaded clip. Slide the threaded clip up into the bed area. Insert the thumb screw through the side panel and thread it into the clip. Repeat this process for both sides, ensuring the side panel is securely attached. Line up the side panel in the bed, rotate, and tighten the thumb screws until they secure the panel in place.
Position the rack, so the holes align with the notches on the side panels. Drop the assembly hardware through the holes. Add a nut to the bottom side of each bolt and start threading them on. Continue this process for all the hardware, ensuring the rack is properly aligned.
Go through and fully tighten all the hardware to secure the rack in place. That’s all there is to it to install Super ATV’s Bed Rack Delta on this Can-Am Defender.
