I’m Braden Adams, and today we’re in the shop installing the Bed Rack Delta on a Polaris Ranger XD 1500. Here is the tool list you’ll need before getting started.
Start by dropping the threaded nuts into the channels along the sides of the bed. These nuts are adjustable and will align with the bracket slots. Grab the non-carriage bolt hardware and place the bracket flush against the bed lip. Thread the bolts through the bracket slots into the nuts, hand-tightening them to hold the assembly in place. Repeat this process on the opposite side.
Next, grab the rack and have a second person assist if available. Align the slots on the rack with the holes in the installed brackets and drop the carriage bolts through. Hand-tighten the Nylock nuts underneath. Do not fully tighten yet—you’ll want to make sure the rack is evenly positioned on both sides for a uniform fit.
Once the rack is centered and aligned, go back through and fully tighten all the hardware on both sides to securely lock everything in place. That’s it!
