What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV. Today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s heavy duty front brush guard on the CFMOTO UForce 1000. So, let’s get right to it!

Remove Plastic Cover [0:35]

First, we come to the front of the machine and remove the plastic cover over the bumper. You’ll find screws in various locations: one here, one here, one on the outside, and one in this pocket. The same applies to the other side. Remove all the hardware, then grab the plastic panel, remove it, and set it aside.

Loosen Fairlead Hardware [1:06]

With the front cover removed, we loosen the fairlead hardware. Loosen it enough to remove the bolt here. Then, go to the bottom where there are two bolts and loosen those as well. This will allow the bumper to lay out a bit.

Install Brush Guard [1:36]

Now, install the brush guard using the provided hardware. Line it up with the factory threaded holes and start securing it. Once the brush guard is started, reinstall the upper hardware that was previously removed.

Attach Side Tubes [2:08]

Next, grab the tube for the passenger side, a spacer, and two provided bolts. Orient the tube so the spacer is on the inside, slide the bolt through, and thread it into the factory threaded hole. Start the bolts but do not fully tighten them. Repeat the same process on the opposite side.

Install Clamps [2:37]

Grab the clamp from the kit and separate it. Align the lower section of the clamp on the tube but do not fully tighten it. Run the hardware down by hand and snug it up. You may need to push on the front brush guard tube to get it to line up. Force it together if needed, get your clamp on, and start the hardware. Fully tighten the bolts once aligned.

Tighten Clamps and Brush Guard [3:17]

Fully tighten the bolts on the clamps. Then, fully tighten the brush guard to the factory bumper.

Final Steps [3:48]

Now, tighten all previously loosened hardware to secure the bumper and brush guard. Finally, reinstall the factory plastic cover over the bumper. Once finished the installation is complete.
