What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV. Today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s game loader on this CFMOTO UForce 1000, so let’s get right to it.

Installing the Winch [0:33-1:32]

The first step is to grab your winch and install it onto the game loader rack. Begin by positioning the winch so that the plug is on the side with the designated hole for mounting the control box. This ensures easy access for future maintenance and operation. Slide the winch into position, making sure that the rope runs out the front as shown in the video. Align the mounting holes on the winch with those on the rack.

Next, grab the M6 by 20 bolts from your hardware kit. Start each bolt into the mounting holes to secure the winch in place. Once all bolts are properly aligned and started, use the appropriate tools to fully tighten all four bolts. Ensuring the bolts are tight will secure the winch firmly to the game loader rack, preventing any movement during operation.

Mounting the Control Box [1:32-2:34]

Now, it’s time to mount the control box. Take two more M6 by 20 bolts and two M6 Nylock nuts. Position the control box so that it aligns with the designated mounting holes on the game loader rack. Slide the control box into place, making sure the wires are not pinched or twisted.

Start the bolts and nuts by hand to ensure proper alignment. Then, use a 10 mm wrench and socket to fully tighten them. Be careful not to over-tighten, as this could damage the control box or the rack. Properly securing the control box is essential for the safe operation of the winch.

Connecting the Winch to the Control Box [2:34-2:46]

Connect the winch to the control box by attaching the corresponding wires. Ensure that the connections are secure and properly aligned to avoid any electrical issues. This step is crucial for the functionality of the winch and the control box, allowing them to communicate effectively.

Installing the Fairlead [2:46-3:28]

Next, grab the M10 Allen bolt from the hardware kit along with the fairlead. Position the fairlead in front of the winch opening. Slide the Allen bolt through the fairlead and secure it from the back side with the nut. Fully tighten the bolt to ensure the fairlead is securely attached. To attach the winch hook, first remove the cotter pin from the pin. Slide the pin through the hook and re-insert the cotter pin. Bend the cotter pin to secure it in place. This ensures that the winch hook is properly attached and ready for use.

Installing the Connector [3:28-4:55]

Move to the back side of the game loader to install the connector. Ensure that the rubber cap is positioned on the back side of the connector to protect it from dirt and debris. Use the M5 hardware from your kit to attach the connector to the designated mount. Be cautious not to overtighten the hardware, as this could crack the plastic connector. Secure it firmly but gently to ensure a proper fit and long-lasting durability.

Installing Side Mounts [4:55-6:02]

Now it’s time to install the side mounts. Grab the side mounts from your kit and position them correctly. The covers should be oriented between the side mount and the game loader rack. Use the M12 hardware, which includes flat washers and lock washers, to secure the mounts. Start the hardware loosely to allow for adjustments. Once all bolts are started and the mounts are aligned, go back and fully tighten each bolt. Repeat the same steps on the opposite side to ensure both mounts are securely attached.

Securing the Game Loader to the Cage [6:02-7:52]

Next, secure the game loader to the cage of your CFMOTO UForce 1000. Use the remaining M6 bolts with lock washers and flat washers. It’s helpful to have an extra set of hands to hold the game loader in place while you start the bolts. Start the bolts into the factory threaded brackets on the sides of the cage. If a hole doesn’t line up perfectly, snug some hardware to draw the game loader in. You can also use a punch to help align the holes. Ensure all bolts are properly started before fully tightening them.

Routing the Wiring Harness [7:52-14:18]

With the game loader secured, it’s time to route the wiring harness from the control box to the battery. Begin by lifting the bed on the passenger side to access the battery compartment. Loosen the battery terminal bolts and connect the red wire to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. Carefully route the wiring harness to avoid any interference with moving parts or hot surfaces. Use zip ties to secure the harness, making sure not to bundle it too tightly. Properly managing the excess wiring prevents damage and ensures a clean installation.

Routing the Wiring Inside the Vehicle [14:18-18:55]

Feed the wiring harness through the vehicle, avoiding the prop shaft and cooling lines. Remove the necessary panels and seats to access the center console. This step involves some disassembly but is essential for a proper and safe installation. Drill a hole in the firewall and pass the wiring through it, using a grommet to protect the wires from abrasion. Route the wiring along existing looms and secure it with zip ties. Ensure the wiring does not contact any moving parts or hot surfaces to prevent wear and tear.

Testing the Winch [18:55-19:16]

After routing and securing the wiring, plug in the controller and test the winch. Turn the key on and operate the winch in both directions to ensure it functions correctly. If everything works as expected, proceed to secure all wiring and reassemble the vehicle.

Final Steps [19:16-End]

Tie up all wires securely, ensuring they are away from any moving parts or heat sources. Reinstall any panels and components removed during the installation. Double-check all connections and hardware to ensure everything is secure. That’s all there is to it to install Super ATV’s game loader rack on this CFMOTO UForce 1000.
