What’s up guys? Are you looking for a half windshield for your Honda Pioneer 520 or Pioneer 500. Well, SuperATV has you covered, and today we’re going to show you how to get one installed. So, let’s get right to it.
[00:33] First, we’ll remove all the contents out of the packing. You’ll take your windshield and lay it up on your machine. Confirm that it fits, and then you’re good to go.
Once that’s done, you’ll go ahead and remove the protective film from both sides.
[00:59] Then we’ll take our seal and apply it all the way across the lower portion of the windshield. After that, you’ll take something to cut with and cut off the excess.
[01:41] Now, we’ll get our windshield installed. Grab it and lay it on the machine like so.
Next, you’ll grab the heady-duty Velcro clamps. You’ll take the strap and slide it through the windshield, through the clamp, and back through the windshield. Make sure the windshield is laying exactly where you want it on the hood. Then you’ll fully tighten your clamp.
Do the exact same thing over here on this side.
