What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV, and today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s sway bar shock on this Polaris RZR Pro XP. Let’s get right to it!
Ensure your machine is on the ground to make the sway bar removal and sway bar shock installation easier. Remove the two 15 mm bolts securing the factory sway bar link to the trailing arm and the sway bar.
Cut the zip tie off the lower portion of the sway bar shock carefully to keep the bushings intact. Slide the lower portion into the trailing arm and secure it using the factory hardware. Start the nut on the back side to hold it in place.
Cut the zip tie off the upper bushings. Grab the provided hardware, slide it through the bushings, and align it with the sway bar. Secure the hardware on the back side and fully tighten it to ensure the sway bar shock is properly installed.
The sway bar shock is now installed on one side. For rock crawling or more suspension articulation, you can install sway bar shocks on both sides. For a comfortable trail riding experience, keep the stock link on one side and install the sway bar shock on the other. Once you’ve fully tightened all your hardware, that’s all there is to it to install Super ATV’s sway bar shock on this Polaris RZR Pro XP. Thanks for watching, and we’ll catch you on the next one!”
