What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV and today we’re going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s inner fender armor panels for this Polaris Expedition. So, let’s get right to it!
We removed our wheel and tire for better visibility during this install, but you don’t have to. If you look at your inner fender, you’ll see a T40 Torx bolt here and two more down at the bottom. Grab a T40 Torx and remove these bolts.
Next, grab the provided hardware from the kit. Ensure you put a washer on your Allen-headed bolt. Start by inserting the bolt into the threaded hole where you removed the previous hardware. Get the screw started enough to hold the panel in place. Repeat this process for the other two bolts.
Once all the bolts are started, use a 4 mm Allen wrench to fully tighten the hardware. Make sure everything is securely fastened.
