What’s up guys, Braden here with Super ATV, and today I’m going to be showing you how to install Super ATV’s Outfit or Roof Rack on the CFMOTO UForce 1000. Let’s get right to it!
The first thing you’re going to need to do is get into the kit and remove all three of the slats and both of your rear brackets. Additionally, grab your passenger panel, passenger kicker, and eight of the m6x25 mm screws along with three Nylock nuts. We’re going to start by attaching the slats to the side panel using the m6x25 mm hardware. Make sure you have all the components ready and organized for an efficient installation process.
Line up the slats with the side panel, ensuring that they are correctly aligned. Secure them with the m6x25 mm screws. As you tighten the screws, make sure they are snug but not overly tight, to hold everything in place.
Next, grab your kicker and the necessary hardware. Insert the hardware through the kicker and the passenger bracket support. Lift the kicker into place, ensuring it fits snugly. Secure it with a Nylock nut. Repeat the process for the other mounting positions but leave the front of the kicker loose for now.
Now, grab the driver side panel, driver side kicker, and rear supports. Replicate the same steps as the passenger side. Attach the driver side panel to the slats, ensuring they are correctly aligned. Secure with m6x25 mm bolts.
Install the rear panel by aligning it properly with the rest of the structure. Secure it with m6x20 mm hardware and Nylock nuts. Make sure all hardware is started correctly and then snug up the rear hardware but leave the kicker hardware loose for now.
Remove all three bolts on the front side of your Super ATV roof. Keep these bolts as they will be reinstalled later in the process.
Lift up on the roof and remove the 13 mm bolt. This allows for better maneuverability of the panel. Also, remove the factory hardware if present. If not, proceed with the 8 mm bolt and driver’s side bracket, aligning them and securing them with the hardware. Repeat the process on the opposite side.
If you are not running Cube lights, install the Cube light covers using m6x22 mm hardware and Nylock nuts. This step is crucial for protecting the light housing and ensuring a clean, finished look. It also prevents any debris or water from entering the light compartments.
Install the seal to the bottom edge of the rear panel and the front panel. Run the seal the entire length of the panels, ensuring a tight fit to prevent any water or debris from entering. Once you reach the end, cut off the excess seal material.
Place the rack on the roof without the front portion and set it in position. Make sure it is centered and aligned properly.
Install the front support brackets to the front panel using m6x20 mm hardware. Ensure the brackets are aligned correctly and secure them tightly.
Slide the front panel into position. Secure it with m6x25 mm hardware through the brackets and front panel. Use m6x20 mm hardware for the top portion. Install the spacer where the factory cage bolts were removed and secure with provided nuts.
Insert the long Allen screws through the previously used roof holes and into the machine. Once all hardware is installed and the roof rack is correctly adjusted, fully tighten all hardware.
