Hey everybody. Braden here at SuperATV, and today we are going to be installing this Polaris Ranger XP 1000 rear windshield. Let’s get started.

Let’s begin by installing our bulb seal to the rear windshield. But first, we’re going to need to pull the protective film back just enough to apply the bulb seal. Once you reach this point, go ahead and make a cut and then run a piece of bulb seal all the way through here. Then cut off the excess and install the brackets.

Install the Channel Brackets and Rear Windshield

[01:08] The channel brackets are fixed to the lower portion of the windshield and hang off the edge. Now that the channel brackets are tightened, let’s install the upper brace. The brace attaches to the upper edge on the opposite face of the windshield as the channel brackets. When installing the upper brace, you want to make sure that the nut is to the inside.

Once the brackets and braces are fully tightened on the windshield, let’s go ahead and get it installed on the machine. Now let’s install the hand knob and remove the protective film.

And that is how super easy it is to install SuperATV’s Rear Windshield on this Polaris Ranger XP 1000. For more information on this rear windshield or any of SuperATV’s awesome products, give us a call at (855) 743-3427 or check us out online at SuperATV.com. Have a great day.
