The Name and History You Can Count on
We launched the first GDP Portal Gear Lift in August 2015 and never looked back. SuperATV has had the longest run of side-by-side portals and thanks to our belief in continuous improvement, we’re not slowing down any time soon.
Gen 1 - The Start of Something Great
The first generation of GDP Portal Gear Lifts were launched in August of 2015 with precision-ground and heat-treated gears, a thrust bearing for the output shaft, and a relatively lightweight casing for easy installation.
Gen 2 - Better, Stonger Portals
Gen 2 Portals were released in October of 2017 and featured improvements to strengthen the drive shaft, wheel hubs, portal lid, and caliper mounting plates.
Gen 3 - Taking Portals to New Heights
Introduced in 2019, GDP’s Gen 3 Portal Gear Lifts offered new housing styles, gear reduction options, sealed drive gears, and more.
