Returns Information

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We're doing everything we can to exceed your ATV-UTV parts and accessories needs. In fact, we're so confident in our uncompromising standards in quality, that all SuperATV products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, or if you need to exchange the item for a different part, or if you bought the wrong item, we will accept returns and exchanges. For a full refund, the item must be in unused (i.e., no evidence of missing hardware of installation) condition. If we cannot sell the item as new, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for shipping on returned items. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you received free shipping, you will not be credited back shipping charges that would have applied.

In order for us to accept your replacement or a refund on an item, we ask that you:

  • Inspect the quality of your product upon arrival. If the item is defective due to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us immediately.
  • Obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) number before sending the item back to us. Please note that an RGA# does not always guarantee a replacement or refund of an item.
  • Have a copy of your receipt.
  • Do not add or modify any factory or aftermarket parts.
