Our Return Policy

We're doing everything we can to exceed your ATV-UTV parts and accessories needs. In fact, we're so confident in our uncompromising standards in quality, that all SuperATV products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects.

However, if you are not satisfied, or if you need to return the item for a different product, or if you bought the wrong item, we will accept returns for a full 365 days! Please read through our Return Terms & Conditions carefully before returning your product(s).

If you have an item you believe to be defective or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 855-743-3427.

When returning items for warranty replacement, please use our Warranty Form.

Return Terms and Conditions

  • All products returned must have a Return Number (reference “Initiate Your Return” instructions below). Please note that obtaining a Return Number does not always guarantee a replacement or refund of an item. Returned items without a Return Number will delay processing time.
  • Items must be returned within 365 days from purchase date to be eligible for refund.
  • For a full refund, the item must be in unused, new condition. If we cannot sell the item as new, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • Items missing components/hardware or items defaced or damaged due to installation and/or use will be refunded at a reduced amount or returned to customer, at our discretion.
  • Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred. Damaged item(s) due to insufficient packaging may not be accepted or could be refunded at a reduced amount. If you have an item you believe to be defective or damaged during shipment, please take photos of the damaged packaging/products and contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 855-743-3427.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned items (exceptions may apply).
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Refunds are generally issued within 3 business days of SuperATV receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. If original payment method is no longer current, a check will be mailed to purchaser.
  • Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call toll-free at 855-743-3427.


Initiate your return: Where did you purchase your product?

Purchased directly from SuperATV (Choose preferred option below)

Initiate return using SuperATV.com:

  1. Go to your My Orders page on SuperATV.com
  2. Select the "View Order" on the order you are wanting to return
  3. Click on the "Return" icon in the upper right hand side of page
  4. Enter email address you want return request confirmation email sent to in the ‘Contact Email Address’ box. This email address can be the same as or different than the email address linked to your account
  5. Populate all the drop-down boxes in ‘Return Items Information’ section and describe reason for returning in ‘Comments’ section
  6. Once form is filled out, select 'Submit'.
  7. You will receive an email with your Return Number and the return address. Please write your Return Number clearly on the shipping label area of the package(s) you are returning. Please note that a Return Number does not always guarantee a replacement or refund of an item.
  8. Ship back the item(s) to the following address:

Initiate return by phone:

  1. Call our Customer Service Department at 855-743-3427 and press option #1. Please be sure to have an order/invoice number available.
  2. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Number that needs to be clearly written on the shipping label area of the box that is being shipped back.
  3. Ship back the item(s) to the following address:

Purchased from a SuperATV Authorized Dealer:

Contact Dealer to initiate return and comply with Dealer's return policies.

Purchased from eBay:

  1. Contact the eBay seller to ensure returning your order is necessary. If a return is required, follow the steps below.
  2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History
  3. Select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu
  4. Select the reason for the return and submit return request
  5. eBay or seller will provide next steps for return. If a return number is provided, please write this on the shipping label area
