Unbeatable Can-Am Outlander A-Arms
Put your Can-Am Outlander into beast mode with SuperATV’s Atlas Pro Heim Joint 2" Forward Offset A-Arms. These aren’t just bigger than stock. They’re some of the biggest, baddest A-arms we’ve ever built. You’ll have the ability to run up to 32” tires without needing a lift kit. If you’re chasing big tires, maximum strength, and more control, this setup delivers it all.
Atlas Pro for the Win
We didn’t mess around when creating our Outlander Atlas Pro A-Arms. These arms are made with 38 mm DOM steel tubing and a 3.5 mm wall thickness. That’s a half-inch bigger than stock and even beefier than our regular high-clearance offset arms. They’re powder coat them to prevent rust and corrosion. Plus, they’re backed by a lifetime warranty.
2” Forward Offset
A bigger stance means more control. With a 2” forward offset, these arms stretch your wheelbase for stability and make room for 32” tires. You also get 2” of ground clearance, so you can glide over obstacles you’d normally get stuck on. You couldn’t ask for better A-arms.
Includes Z-Bend Tie Rods
This kit doesn’t leave your steering hanging. You’ll get reinforced Z-bend tie rods that keep everything aligned and handle the punishment of aggressive riding. They reuse your factory inner and outer ends for a clean, hassle-free upgrade.
Adjustable Camber
Planning to add a lift kit or other heavy accessories down the road? With our Outlander A-arms you can easily fine-tune your camber settings with the lower heim joints to keep your tires wearing evenly and performing their best. If you're sticking with a stock setup, no extra adjustments are necessary—we’ve already set them to match your machine’s factory specifications, so you can install the kit and ride with confidence.
Beefy Heim Joints
Forget flimsy factory hardware. Our A-arms for your Can-Am Outlander come with massive 3/4” chromoly heim joints. They’re not just strong—they’re precision-built for smooth articulation under load. PTFE-lined monoball joints on the lowers ensure durability and resistance to wear, ride after brutal ride.
Let Us Preinstall Ball Joints
If you’d rather be riding in your Outlander than working on it, you have the option to add upper ball joints. We install them for free, so there’s not extra hassle when you’re in the garage or having to pay someone else to do it. It’s a quicker way to get you back out on the trail ASAP.
NOTE: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you don’t select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.
Standard Duty Ball Joints
SuperATV’s standard replacement ball joints give you OEM quality without the OEM price! They’re made with hardened chromoly steel studs and housings—all zinc plated—for superior strength and longevity. All of this delivers a ball joint that’s as strong as or stronger than stock.
Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
Our heavy-duty ball joints are designed with ultimate performance and convenience in mind. Whether you’re doing flips or chasing hills, our proprietary blend of hardened 4340 VAR steel and zinc plating means this ball joint can take it. Our heavy-duty ball joints also come with easily-accessible grease zerks and an adjustable design. Extensive lab and field testing shows that our heavy duty ball joints can withstand double the pressure of an OEM ball joint!
Super Duty 300M Ball Joints
We took the strongest ball joint material on the market—300M grade steel—and combined it with our superior design engineering to make the strongest ball joint on the market. It comes with an easily-accessible grease zerk and an adjustable steel-on-steel design, making it easy to keep your ball joints maintained and flexible. At 2.25x stronger than stock, you won’t find a better ball joint.
Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints use a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, which makes these ball joints virtually impossible to pull out. The high-quality chromoly steel stud combined with an advanced tool-steel body makes them perfect for bigger machines, bigger tires, and bigger rides. And since they’re greaseable and rebuildable, you can keep them running perfectly.
