In this episode of House Call Install, we visit Tony and Gregory at Brawner Farm. They use their Can-Am Defender HD9 every day and every season without a break.
They need help making their Defender a more capable hauler and more versatile for year-round work, so we brought our best cab and storage parts to Brawner Farm and installed them alongside Tony.

MAXDRIVE POWER FLIP GLASS WINDSHIELD
WHY WE PICKED IT:
Our MaxDrive Power Flip Glass Windshield makes it easy to adjust to changing weather. It comes with a wiper to clear dirt and rain, plus glass is extremely scratch resistant and ideal for the kind of dust and debris you see on the farm.
WHY THEY NEED IT:
They need protection from the rain, cold, dust, and heat all in one windshield. They also need a windshield that can take a wiper so they can see in any weather conditions.
REAR SLIDING GLASS WINDSHIELD
WHY WE PICKED IT:
Our rear sliding glass windshield prevents dust swirl and suction in the cab when it’s used with a front windshield. The sliding window provides quick access to gear in the bed.
WHY THEY NEED IT:
Grain dust is a real problem on the farm. It gets in their cab, makes it harder to breathe, and gets everything dirty.
CONVERTIBLE CAB ENCLOSURE DOORS
WHY WE PICKED IT:
Our convertible cab enclosure doors are made from ultra-tough 1/4” polycarbonate. They protect the cab in any weather, easily switch from full to half doors in hot conditions, or can be removed entirely for an open-cab feel.
WHY THEY NEED IT:
They need a comfortable cab, whether it’s freezing or sweltering outside. They can’t take a day off on Brawner Farm.
BED RACK DELTA
WHY WE PICKED IT:
The Bed Rack Delta gives them storage above their Defender’s dump bed, so it doesn’t change the factory bed’s utility at all. It also has MOLLE panels on either side to add even more accessories.
WHY THEY NEED IT:
Tony and Gregory haul gear, feed, seed, and animals every day. The more space they have, the easier their work is.
DELUXE SELF-CANCELING TURN SIGNAL KIT AND SIGNATURE LIGHTS
WHY WE PICKED IT:
Our Deluxe Self-Canceling Turn Signal Kit gives them the most convenient turn signal and horn kit we have. It shuts the signal off automatically to avoid miscommunication. The Signature Lights work as daytime runners for visibility, and they look awesome.
WHY THEY NEED IT:
There’s a lot of big machinery and moving parts on the farm. Better visibility and clear communication make everyone safer moving from field to field.
