Ready to turn your Polaris Ranger into a beast? At SuperATV, we’ve got the Polaris Ranger performance parts you need to make it happen.

Whether you’re digging into the deep mud of the South, navigating mountainous trails out West, or exploring the endless terrains of the Midwest, our high-quality parts are designed to boost power, improve handling, and enhance your Ranger’s capabilities.

Polaris Ranger Performance Parts

Get the most from your Ranger with these universal performance upgrades. No matter how you ride, these parts will help you push the limits of what your machine can do.

Get an upgraded CVT drive belt. OEM Polaris belts are known for being somewhat . . . problematic. Instead of waiting for your factory belt to wear out and break, upgrade to a high-performance drive belt from SuperATV and save yourself the headache.

And a reliable winch. There’s pretty much nothing that’s more inconvenient than getting hung up. To get yourself (and your buddies) unstuck, you need a high-quality winch. If you want to explore the road less travelled or really get into wild mudding or rock crawling, a winch is a must-have.

Don’t skip Rhino 2.0 Axles. This is another one of those “upgrade it before you break it” recommendations. Your OEM axles aren’t made to handle the stress of hard riding. Rhino 2.0 Axles are trusted by professionals and hobbyists alike. When it comes to Rhino 2.0 Axles vs. stock, OEM just can’t compete.

You need GDP Portals. When it comes to performance upgrades, you can’t beat GDP Portals. They pack a lift and gear reduction into one package. If you want to dominate deep mud, conquer steep climbs, and so much more, your Ranger needs portals. You’ll be shocked at the ways GDP Portals completely change your Ranger’s performance.

An ECU Tuner upgrades your machine without turning a screw. To unlock your Ranger’s full potential, consider an Rev1 Dynojet Power Vision 3 ECU tuner. It unlocks hidden power by raising rev and speed limiters and adjusting engine timing. And it lets you tweak your own tunes!

ECU Tuners upgrade your Ranger’s performance by unlocking power that’s already there. And they make great diagnostic tools. Image by SuperATV.

And you need a better tire and wheel combo. Stock wheels and tires are for stock rides. To transform your Ranger into a performance machine, you need to upgrade your tire and wheel combo. SuperATV carriers tires for every terrain and wheels for every rider.

Choosing the Right Parts for Your Ranger

In addition to the upgrades we recommend above, different riding types require different performance upgrades. Mudding, trail riding, rock crawling, and work on the jobsite all require specialized parts to unlock your Ranger’s true potential.

Polaris Ranger Performance Upgrades for Trail Riding

When you’re tackling twisting trails, your Ranger needs to be agile. You never know what challenges the path ahead might be hiding.

Get nerf bars. Nerf bars protect your body plastics during your less inspired moments—liking squeezing between the trees when you decide to explore off-trail. Add Polaris Ranger nerf bars and you’ll be ready for the most challenging rides.

And you need front and rear bumpers. You need protection. there’s nothing worse than busting your radiator or destroying your headlights because you weren’t prepared for a “bumper cars” moment with your buddy (or worse).

Don’t forget high-clearance A-arms. Let’s face it: ATV/UTV trails aren’t always maintained super well. With high-clearance Ranger A-arms, you’ll be able to scooch right over fallen logs and rocks. That way you don’t have to turn around and head back to the trailer before you’re ready.

Build a Ranger for the Bounty Hole

When it comes to maximizing your Ranger’s mud performance, SuperATV has the must-have upgrades you need. Try these upgrades on for size:

Add a lift kit. When it comes to mud, hidden obstacles you can’t see can be the toughest part of your ride. Get the ground clearance you need to dominate every bog with a lift kit from SuperATV.

And you want a snorkel kit. Some holes are deeper than they look. When you get into the deep stuff, you won’t have to back out thanks to our snorkel kit. A snorkel kit moves your air intake and exhaust up and away from the water. That’s right—your Ranger will basically be ready to scuba dive with a snorkel kit.

Snorkel kits are shockingly smart. Keep oxygen running to your engine components and you’ll be able to go deeper in the sludge than you could imagine. Image by SuperATV.

Get bigger tires. You need more than your factory tires can deliver if you’re taking on real mud. Upgrade to bigger tires to dominate the slop.

You need GDP Portals. We’ve already said it, but you definitely want GDP Portals if you’re craving that peanut butter slop. GDP Portals give you a lift and improve torque, giving your Ranger the power it needs to truly perform in the bog.

Rock Crawling Polaris Ranger Performance Upgrades

The Polaris Ranger isn’t exactly our first pick for a rock crawling side-by-side (it’s a bit top-heavy). But if you’ve got your heart set on taking your Ranger to Sand Hollow, here’s some upgrades that will help your machine perform way better out on the rocks.

Get a long travel kit. A long travel kit improves stability by making your machine wider, improves suspension travel, and gives you room for bigger tires. When it comes to rock crawling, a long travel kit might be right for you and your Ranger.

Consider bigger, sticky tires. Bigger tires will improve maneuverability and ground clearance. And sticky tires provide superior grip and traction on rocks and other uneven terrains. Upgraded tires will give you the grip you need to dominate tricky rock faces.

Beadlock wheels are a requirement for rock crawling. They’re specifically designed to keep your tire bead from slipping even when you’re running with low pressure. And rock crawlers use low pressure in their tires to improve traction on uneven terrain.

Add GDP Portals. And we’re back to portals. Portals improve ground clearance and give you a gear reduction. Trust us—you need a Portal Gear Lift for rock crawling.

Or get a gear reduction. A gear reduction will give you more power and torque without adding a lift. Since the Ranger is already a top-heavy machine, it might be worth considering a gear reduction over portals depending on your specific build and preferences.

A gear reduction isn’t for the weak. You’ve got to be willing to do some pretty intense work, but the performance upgrade you get is worth the work. Image by SuperATV.

And don’t skip the skid plate. When it comes to rock crawling, you need to protect your Ranger’s underbelly. Our full skid plates offer unbeatable protection and won’t get stuck or snag thanks to our patented interlocking design.

Work-Ready Polaris Ranger Performance Upgrades

The Polaris Ranger is the workhorse of the side-by-side world. It can do just as much on the jobsite as it can on the trail with the right upgrades.

Consider a bed winch. Moving cargo around the jobsite or the farm? Trying to load the deer you brought down? A bed winch can save your back from the heavy lifting—literally. And it comes in handy for all kinds of mishaps on the trail. It’s not exactly a performance upgrade, but it will help you get more out of your Ranger.

Upgrade to a heavy-duty reverse chain. Your Ranger’s OEM reverse chain wasn’t made for hard work. Let’s hope you never need to reverse a heavy trailer out of a tight spot. If you’re moving heavy loads, you don’t want to be stuck without reverse. Upgrade your Ranger’s reverse chain before it lets you down.

Add high-clearance A-arms. Job sites aren’t known for being easy to navigate. Give your Ranger an edge with high-clearance control arms. They improve ground clearance so you can tackle torn-up construction zones with ease.

A-arms make covering uneven ground much easier. Whether it’s a muddy trail or a rutted-up worksite, you won’t regret high-clearance A-arms for your Ranger. Image by SuperATV.
