Level Up Your Teryx H2 with GDP Portals
To build the ultimate Kawasaki Teryx H2, you need SuperATV’s 6” Dual Idler Portal Gear Lift. It has a built-in gear reduction and has 6” of lift, so you’ll get more torque, better ground clearance, and the ability to run larger tires without putting too much stress on your machine. You can choose from a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction depending on how you ride.
What is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy.
Built for Tough Terrain
A gear reduction can really change how your ride feels depending on where you’re driving. If you’re looking for quicker speeds but still want torque, a 30% reduction is for you. But if you’ve got bigger tires and spend more time on rough, demanding trails, going with a 45% reduction will give you the extra power and control you need. Crank up to the ultimate mud machine with a 60% gear reduction, then push its power further with a set of dual idler gears.
Reduce Stress on Your H2’s Drivetrain
GDP Portals move the gear reduction to the wheel hubs instead of inside the transmission. That means less stress on your Kawasaki Teryx H2’s drivetrain overall. Your axles, driveshaft, differential, and transmission won’t have to work as hard, which helps reduce wear and can save you from expensive repairs down the road.
Unbeatable Strength
Nobody wants to spend money on parts that won’t last. That’s why our GDP Portals are built tough with billet aluminum housing. Pair that with heavy-duty 5/16” backing plates made from advanced steel alloy, and you get a portal setup that’s made to take any abuse. For extra peace of mind, they’re backed by a lifetime warranty—because we know accidents happen.
Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
